Financing Your Care

In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment plans that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call our office to find out what other options may be available to you.

Dental insurance plans we work with:

Non-Participating insurance plans:

Our office DOES NOT have a contracted fee schedule with all dental insurance companies.

Here is a partial list on non-participating insurance plans. If your insurance company is not listed, we can still work with you to help with the claim process

If we do not directly participate with your insurance plan our staff will be happy to work with you on optimizing your insurance benefits. We ask that you pay for your services in full at the time they are completed, and we will gladly submit your claim to your insurance company so that they may reimburse you for any covered services.

We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please be sure to provide us with all your insurance information to assist the staff with the billing procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and here to assist you.

Other options:

  • CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
